The Nasa Mars 2020 Perseverance rover mission is on its way to the Red Planet, and my name is on it!
Mars 2020 is a Rover Mission by Nasa, that includes the Perseverance Rover and a weird small helicopter drone. It got launched 30 July 2020 and will land on Mars 7 months from now, so around 18 Feb 2021 assuming it doesn’t explode, disappear, or the Russians somehow dismantle it to steal 10.9M peoples names and email addresses.
Nasa is not the only to complete a mars space mission in 2020, the United Arab Emirates and China have done it too - but my name is on the Nasa one, which is pretty darn cool.
